Choice Meetings will work with you to determine your organization’s goals and objectives for your meeting.  Once those have been established, we will begin focusing on securing the right location for your meeting.  We will develop an RFP for your event and solicit proposals from properties and venues that fit your needs.  We then compile a comprehensive report for you – including a detailed property comparison.

Once we review the proposals with you, we will then embark on a site visit (if deemed necessary) to see properties and meet with the staff.  Once the site visits are completed and the host property has been selected, Choice Meetings will negotiate with the hotel on your behalf to obtain a contract and a customized addendum and clauses that offer added legal and financial protection for your organization.
